Our terms and conditions

The Soulful Accommodation project currently includes two distinct spaces:

• Aurora do Furadouro (Furadouro - Ovar): a haven by the sea, perfect for those looking for relaxation, nature and authenticity.
• Cantinho da Lapa (Porto): a charming duplex, located in the historic heart of the city, next to the emblematic Lapa Church.

Each accommodation is fully equipped with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and amenities to provide a comfortable stay.

Aurora do Furadouro: up to 4 guests + 1 crib (on request).

Cantinho da Lapa: up to 3 guests (2 adults + sofa bed) + 1 crib (on request).

Aurora do Furadouro:

• Check-in: from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. (please inform us in advance of your arrival time).
• Check-out: from 10h00 to 11h00.

Cantinho da Lapa:

• Check-in: from 4 p.m. to 11.30 p.m. (please inform us in advance of your arrival time).
• Check-out: from 10h00 to 11h00.

Aurora do Furadouro: A refundable security deposit of €300 is required, paid in cash on arrival. The refund is made upon check-out, after inspection of the room.

Cantinho da Lapa: no security deposit is required.

All children are welcome.

• Crib available (0-3 years): 20€ per night.
• There are no extra beds available.

Cantinho da Lapa

All children are welcome.

• Crib available (1-4 years): 25€ per stay (on request and subject to availability).
• There are no extra beds available.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed in any of the accommodations.

No parties or events are allowed.

The number of guests may not exceed that specified in the reservation. External guests are not allowed without prior approval from the management.

Guests are responsible for leaving the accommodation in the same condition as they found it.

Items provided (bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, etc.) must remain in the accommodation. In the event of loss, the corresponding amount may be charged.

Prices include:

• Exclusive use of booked accommodation.
• Initial cleaning, towels, bed linen, kitchen utensils and basic hygiene products.

The amounts are charged per night and vary according to the time of year and the policy defined at the time of booking.

Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary depending on the accommodation and the period selected.

The applicable conditions are shown at the time of booking.

Changes or cancellations are only considered valid after written confirmation.

Alojamento com Alma and its managers are not responsible for:

• Accidents, illnesses, injuries or death occurring during the stay.
• Loss, damage or theft of guests' personal belongings.
• Flight cancellations, delays, no-shows or early departures.
